I sent you a private message to your email, but also want to message you here. We refunded your order on Feb. 28th. Can you please double check with your bank? I included a screenshot of the refund in my email. Also, Shopify has a backlog of refunds as they have been overloaded with refunds due to COVID-19, so if it hasn't come through yet, please be patient, as it may come through some time this week.
